What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free can only accept verifications from other servers (cross verification) and assign a basic role — no Didit key needed. Pro lets you run your own verifications with your own Didit key, plus a dashboard, workflow manager, audit logs, custom messages and removable branding.
Do I need a Didit account?+
Only on Pro (and the trial). You bring your own Didit key — verification costs run through your own Didit account; we never sell KYC quotas. The Free plan needs no key because it only accepts other servers' verifications.
How does the 14-day free trial work?+
The trial unlocks every Pro feature for 14 days and requires your own Didit key (BYOK). After 14 days, upgrade to Pro to keep running your own verifications.
Which verification types are supported?+
Human (liveness / anti-bot), Age (18+), Identity (full KYC), or any custom Didit workflow. Each server picks the type it runs — the platform is no longer age-only.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, SEPA direct debit, and other methods via Stripe. You can cancel anytime.
